Some of Ludlow’s most secret gardens will be open to the public for a Ludlow Assembly Rooms fundraiser on June 15.
Between 1pm and 5.30pm, visitors can explore gardens which are normally completely hidden from view.
This year the gardens are in two clusters. The gardens in Corve Street are behind the Georgian frontages beloved of visitors, and just around the corner into Linney is another delightful garden where ice-creams will be on sale.
Visitors can then stroll through the town and down Broad Street across Ludford bridge into Park Road, pausing on the way to admire the Horseshoe weir.
Once there, the gardens in Ludford are all situated in close proximity and the organisers are delighted to be returning to these riverside gardens.
Tickets cost £5.50 and are on sale at the Ludlow Assembly Rooms box office on 01584 878141.
