The Ludlow-based office of Slow Food UK will soon welcome a graduate from the University of Turin as an intern for six months – and the search is on to find her somewhere to stay.
Stefania Cuoco, who studied anthropology and ethnology, was selected for an internship in Ludlow under the University of Turin’s Master of Talent programme, which offers exceptional students funded work experience abroad.
This is the second time Slow Food UK has taken on a student from the programme. Fiona Richmond, head of Slow Food UK, said last year’s intern Emanuele Bobbio had been a great success. So far, Stefania has not found anywhere to stay, so Slow Food UK has appealed to anyone who would consider hosting an Italian guest.
